Presents its 3nd Annual Coal Bucket Race
and East Coast 4 Wheel Drive Sanctioned Race
July 18th, 19th, and 20th 2008
There will be Jr. Racers on Saturday afternoon, after the coal bucket race is over.
Awards will be given out after Jr. Jeepers.
Inspections for EC4WD will also begin after Jr. Jeepers and will re-commence Sunday morning at 7 AM.
Sunday, June 8 drag races will begin at 10 AM SHARP!
The figure 8 will commence 1 hour after drags are completed.
Spectator parking will be down near the drag strip.
Inspection & registration opens at 6 PM Friday, July 18 till dark.
Inspections & registrations re-open Saturday, July 19, at 7 AM
The ATV's will start at: 9 AM SHARP!!!
Drivers: Please ensure your number is large and displayed high up on the drivers' side rear.
FEES for Weekend & Coal Bucket race:
Camping for ages 16 & older: $ 20 Per person
Driver entrance fee: $ 40, co-pilot: $ 10
* Note: Driver & co-pilot must be members, can join at registration for $10 each, must be 16 to race or co-pilot*
EC4WD Event Fees:
Fees for racing will be $5 per event plus a $5 light fee, and a $5 points fee (if you run both events it will cost $20, if you run only one event it will be $15).
Single or double elimination will be determined the day of the race dependant on the number of competitors and weather.
Spectator fees: $10 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday 15 and under free with paying adult.
As always please no fireworks or glass bottles.
